To double the fun we are doubling the deals all year long! After the hoop-la of the holidays, it is a relief to save some dough on groceries. And with the accelerated pace of our deal offerings, you’ll never know what you will be stoked to stock up on next! So walk your little tamale on down to the Corner and get to saving.
DOUBLE THE DEALS IN 2025
In 2025, the deals will be coming hotter and heavier than ever before. This is because our deal offerings will switch every two weeks (on Wednesdays) instead of once per month. This means double the chances your favorite items are on sale! Search the metro racks and newly restored refrigerated cases to find hundreds of items on sale on any given day. Check out a few of the favs from around the store below!
NEW MORNING ROUTINE
There’s a new biscuit in town, and this one features Bob’s famous Pecan Sausage (of Bob’s Bagels notoriety). Start your day off right with a collaboration of local vegetarian goodness and Corner Kitchen baked biscuits. Be sure to give Bob a follow on @bagelsonbikes if you haven’t already. He is always a welcome sight bedecked in studly custom cycling gear in the early morning at CCF. Take some of his bagels home for subsequent breakfasts as well!
NAVEL ORANGES FOR YOUR BELLY
The Satsuma season didn’t quite materialize as we would have all hoped, but no worries! We just got in a load of 4# bags of Johansen Ranch Navels for $5.99 coming from Orland, California. The juicy spheres of vitamin C are grown on 70 acres, as far north as one can produce citrus, and Rich Johansen is growing and packaging the best navel you will eat this year. Juicy, sweet and tender. Citrus season is always at the whim of the weather. This year is no different, as we source 90% of our citrus from California, we are glad to be able to get our hands on these. You don't have to take our word for it, get in here and get yourself and your friend a bag!!!
CASE DEALS
We still have all of the apples on display up front available as 20lb cases in the back. We are also in the season of various 4lb bags of citrus, be it red grapefruit, cara cara oranges, or navel oranges. This is always a good investment.

NURSERY GLOW UP
After a period of greenhouse dormancy, you will notice the Nursery begin to start firing up some engines in the coming weeks. We will be getting our first deliveries of soil amendments, bare root fruit and nut trees, hellebores and camelias, and don’t forget the seeds and sawdust! There is much planning and ordering going on in the background at the moment, and with Del at the helm, we are looking forward to a stellar Nursery Season in 2025.

PARKING LOT PATCHES
For all the weary travelers out there, we got some grading and graveling happening in the parking. This is a temporary fix as we are still working towards major electrical upgrades that will include digging trenches right through the center of our main parking lot. Stay tuned for further announcements about our plans and timeline.
