Fish Fridays: Cape Cleare Grilled Salmon!

Remember old school lunches — fish sticks every Friday? Well now you can eat sustainable harvested, line caught, grilled wild Alaska Salmon every Friday at the Corner!  Cape Cleare will be setting up their prized cart outside the store and serving their tasty goods between 11 and 6…. so you could even eat lunch and dinner!

THE MENU INCLUDES :

  1. The Best-Ever Salmon Sandwich
  2. A Salmon Fillet Plate with organic greens and grilled panini bread
  3. A Farm-Fresh Egg Sandwich with tomato  and pesto
  4. The “Big Bob” Salmon and Egg Sandwich.

The ingredients are all local: organic greens from Red Dog Farm, basil for the pesto from Midori Farm, Free range eggs from Dharma Ridge Farm, and bread from Pane D’Amore.
