As of this fall, we have no food carts operating at the Corner. If anyone is interested in opening a food cart at this busy intersection (20,000 cars pass through each day!), give us a call or drop us a note. We are interested in venders that are either local or make a point of cooking with local ingredients.

ROSA’S TACO TRUCK (Chimacum, WA)
closed for the season

Rosa, a long-time Chimacum resident (originally heralding from Veracruz, MX then Austin, TX) serves up authentic tasty Mexican cuisine including Tacos, Burritos, Enchiladas, Tortas, and rotating “chef specials”, along with rice and beans. She says she learned from her mother and mother-in-law and I’d say she learned well.
ZOOG’S CAVEMAN COOKIN (Port Hadlock, Wa)
now serving BBQ out of their new restaurant instead of food cart
On October 8th Zoog and Michelle opened their own BBQ restaurant in Hadlock at the sight of the old Hadlock House. They are open for lunch and dinner 7 days/week with live music on weekends. We wish them the very best and will see them there! Check out their new WEBSITE!

Zoog and Michelle do great Pork and Beef BBQ (Traditional Southern Style) slow-cooked on site, not warmed up, and they make excellent sides (potato salad, cold slaw, and beans) all from recipes passed down from Zoog’s grandmother. They are proud to be using as much local grass-fed beef from Roger Short as is available. Try it. You’ll like it!
CAPE CLEARE SALMON (Port Townsend, WA)
Previously at the Corner on Fridays, the Cape Cleare Salmon Wagon will no longer be making a regular appearance. We hope to see them at special events. You can catch up with them at the Saturday Farmers Market in Port Townsend, or at the Food Co-op on Thursdays.
